Job Summary:
Join our vibrant PCC: home to a beloved Polish American restaurant known for its authentic flavors and festive spirit. We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic cook who can craft traditional Polish meals and classic American favorites for weekly service, parties and events. If you're passionate about
about real, honest food and love blending old-world tradition with all-American comfort, we’d be proud to welcome you to our kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook a variety of Polish dishes (e.g., pierogi, gołąbki, sauerkraut, etc.)
• Create and serve American favorites for parties and catering (e.g., chicken, beef, pork dishes, pasta, potatoes, fish, salads, etc.)
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus for special events and seasonal offerings
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
• Assist with inventory, prep, and kitchen cleanliness
• Adapt recipes for dietary needs and customer preferences
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a restaurant kitchen and ability to follow recipes
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, especially for large-batch preparation
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Creativity and enthusiasm for cooking
